Where to find us?
The Hepato-Biliary Center at Paul Brousse Hospital, Villejuif
The HBC hosts our research teams 1, 2 and 3.
The goal of the CHB is to develop comprehensive care of patients with liver and/or biliary diseases (hepatic diseases, portal hypertension, complex biliary lesions) by creating a real "Liver Institute" by gathering at the same place a team of surgeons, physicians, endoscopists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, resuscitators, researchers as well as techniques and means. This global care is done throughout the life of a patient according to the evolution of his disease and the different therapeutic or monitoring stages.
